Refund & Return Policy

Returns (30-Day Policy)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This 30-day return policy is a voluntary benefit provided by Meroval™ and does not affect your statutory rights, including the European Union’s 14-day right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be unused and in its original condition

- Not have been used on skin (hygiene requirement)

- Be in its original packaging

- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Starting a Return

Please include:

- Your order number

- Reason for return

- Photos of the product (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is based on the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. In such cases, we will refund the product price and standard shipping cost in accordance with EU law.

For orders outside the European Union (including the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada), customers are responsible for all return-related shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to orders delivered outside the EU.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@meroval.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Used hygiene products (including facial brushes)

- Gift cards

- Items not in their original condition

Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify:

- The item must be unused

- The item must be in its original condition and packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued:

- To your original payment method

- Within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
